  Weapons are sold to countries with poor records on human rights within their own borders. Weapons may be used by these countries against their own people.
  
  
• THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES
  Weapons are sold to countries which cannot afford to feed their own people, yet massive sums are spent on aeroplanes, missiles and equipment to provide to armies, navies and air forces.
  
  
• SMART WEAPONS
  There is no such thing as a 'smart' weapon - innocent people are always killed in war by the weapons of the 'enemy' as well as those of 'friendly' forces.
