News from GreenWatch, Bracknell, UK

 
 As you may be aware we are fighting against Syngenta here and the open 
trials of GM crops which are endangering the organic status of 3 organic 
farms in the neighbourhood.

 We have 2 vigils organised and would welcome all comers in support. The 
first is the 10th September 4.30pm to 7.00pm at the entrance of Syngenta at 
Jealotts Hill. This is a good time for passing traffic and we want press 
coverage to highlight the issue before presenting a petition to Bracknell 
Town Council.

 The next one is on the 12th November at the same time and will be candlelit, 
to bring attention to the issue before presenting a petition to Bracknell 
Forest Borough Council

 On Sunday 7th October we are having an education day with speakers 
talking about GM including Dr. Michael Antoniou Research Geneticist and 
representatives from Genewatch, HYDRA and 5 Year Freeze. All are welcome. 
Entrance is £8 or £4 unwaged for the day - please bring a lunch to share.
