Trials to grow caffeine free coffee beans are in very early stages. Nestle would not be interested in such a development as we are fully satisfied with our decaffination process, which uses water not chemicals. The Nescafe range of coffees is totally GM free. The same is true for all other coffee beans, there are no plans at all to use GM ingredients as far as Nestle UK are concerned. You asked for a list of products that contain GM ingredients and as we told you previously there is no such list as Nestle UK do not use and GM ingredients at present, and if we do use them in the future all packs will be clearly labelled in accordance with current EU regulations. However, if you would like more information on Nestle UK and its products please do not hesitate to contact me again. Please be assured that we understand your concerns and are anxious to be of assistance. Consumer Services Nestle UK Ltd.
